Here are the easy ways to set up G Suite email account on an Android and iOS device.





How to Set Up G Suite Email Account on an Android Device


  • Launch Settings from your Home screen, the app drawer, or the Notification Shade.

  • Swipe up in the Settings menu to scroll down.

  • Tap Accounts.



  • Tap Add Account.

  • Tap Google.

  • Type in your email address in the provided field.




  • Tap Next.

  • Type your password.

  • Tap Next.

NOTE: The steps on your phone may slightly differ based on the model of your mobile phone and the version of Android it is running.



Also, download the Drive app to access your data on your mobile device.



Click the Google Play icon to open the download page of the Drive application.






How to Set Up G Suite Email Account on an iOS Device


On your iPad or iPhone follow the instructions below:

  • Open Settings

  • Tap Accounts & Passwords

  • Tap Add Account



  • Tap Google

  • Enter your Google account credentials




  • Make sure the switches for mail, contacts, and calendars are in the 'on' or 'off' positions depending on where you want them.

  • Tap Save.





Also, download the Drive app to access your data on your mobile device.



Click the App Store icon to open the download page of the Drive application.
